To execute any SQL-Statement from the Command Window use the Button Execute or press function key F5 or use 'Execute' from Actions Menu.
If you just want to execute 'Select * FROM [selected Table in TableList]' press Shift-F5 or use 'Show Table Data' from Actions Menu. The result of your statement is shown in the result window.
